You can find martial arts lessons almost anywhere. For instance, this cartoon depicts a lesson I learned early in my karate training. A young student asked Shihan what he should do if someone put a gun to his head and tried to rob him. Shihan responded "Give them your money." The student looked surprised, and Shihan said "What's more important, your money or your life?"
You have to choose your battles. In this cartoon, Mrs. Snowman is right (as usual). It's not worth it, it's best to live to fight another day.
